Required Documents & eligibility criteria for the job vacancy posts:

Personal statement (CV),
copy of certificate of Nepalese citizenship,
copy of certificate of registration and renewal in the relevant council and certificate of minimum educational qualification,
copy of certificate of higher educational qualification
copy of certificate of work experience certificate should be verified by the candidate himself and submitted with the application.
In the case of specialist doctors, a certificate of registration of specialization in the Nepal Medical Council must be submitted compulsorily.

In case of assistant level post, age should be completed 18 years and not exceeding 40 years and in case of officer level post, age should be completed 21 years and not exceeding 45 years.
