1. Position: Higher Level Managerial Positions
Educational Qualification:
Passed Master’s Degree with at least 50% marks/3 CGPA or equivalent from universities recognized by the Government of Nepal

Experience:
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Banking with minimum 3 years’ experience in Managerial level in any areas of Banking such as Merchant Banking,
Credit, Marketing, Business Development,
Risk Management,
Overall Branch Management,
Overall Province Office Management etc. in banking and financial institutions.
Age:
Completed 21 years but not exceeding 48 years as on March 29, 2023 (Chaitra 15, 2079).

2. Position: Middle-Level Managerial Positions
Educational Qualification:
Passed Master’s Degree with at least 50% marks/3 CGPA or equivalent from universities recognized by the Government of Nepal

Experience:
Minimum 7 years’ experience in Banking with minimum 3 years’ experience at Officer and above level at areas such as Human Resources Management, Development, Risk Management, Overall Branch Management etc. in banking and financial institutions.
Reconciliation, Credit, Marketing, Business
Age:
Completed 21 years but not exceeding 48 years as on March 29, 2023 (Chaitra 15, 2079).
