Land Management Training Center (LMTC), under the Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation, Government of Nepal was established in 1968. LMTC is the oldest and the only governmental institution continually and significantly producing human resources and enhancing capacity of the government personnel in the field of Surveying and Mapping, and Land Management since its establishments. The center has already produced more than 7,000 land professionals at different levels through various types of training courses.

LMTC has been conducting wide range of long and short term training incorporating state-of-art modern technologies. Moreover, LMTC has been collaborating to run academic courses with Kathmandu University (KU) and Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT)

Junior Napi Talim Survey Training Application Open Bhumi Byabastha Training Center

The following applications have been invited from the following qualified Nepali citizens as the trainees have to be selected based on open competition in the one-year Junior Survey Training (Khala Group) conducted by this center.

1.Number of trainees required: – 24
A.Towards open competition: – 14 (total 2 candidates from each province)
B,Towards Inclusive Group: – 10 (All Provinces in one go)
Last Date To Apply: 2081 Shrawan 25
With Double Fee: 2081 Shrawan 26 to Shrawan 32

2.Minimum qualification required:
A.Must have completed 18 years and not reached 24 years by the last date of application.
B.Achieved 50-50% marks in Physics and Mathematics including 200 integer Mathematics subjects and 50% marks in overall or Mathematics and Physics in letter grading system.
Achieved at least 2.0 GPA with minimum C + grade and passed 10 + 2 or equivalent.

3.Documents to be submitted by the candidate along with the application form:
A.Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate,
B.Copy of Certificate of Educational Qualification of 10 + 2, C, Copy of Certificate of Equivalency in case of acquiring educational qualification by studying from outside Nepal,
D.Candidates wishing to apply from the inclusive group should submit a letter of recommendation to the concerned commission or local level along with the application form
E,3 passport size photos,
F.Voucher for payment of examination fee

5.Application Form and Examination Fee: – Rs. 400.- (four hundred in axis) and Rs. 200.- (two hundred in axis) for each group towards inclusive group.
6.Last date for submission of application form: – Application form can be submitted within 21 days from the date of publication of information in Gorkhapatra and thereafter for 7 days by paying double fee.
7.Trainee Selection Process: – Written Examination. Written examination will be taken on the basis of Objective Questions.
8.Date and place of examination: – Date 2081 Bhadra 08 , at the place where the application form was submitted or at the center as published on the website.
9.Application forms and courses can also be downloaded from the Centre’s website.
10.The final result of the selection based on the qualification of the written examination will be published on the website of the Center.
