Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with an MBA preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Renewable Energy, Project Development, and Management Sector
Key Knowledge and Abilities:
- In-depth understanding of the solar industry for projects larger than 5 MW, including project development, financing, regulations, and operational management
- Strategic thinker with the ability to formulate and execute plans aligned with company objectives and market conditions
- Financial acumen with a strong understanding of financial management, corporate finance, and investment practices
Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
Qualifications:
- Professional Certification (CA/CPA/ACCA) with a minimum of 5 years of experience or an MBA (Finance) with 8 years of experience
Key Knowledge and Abilities:
- Proven track record of managing financial operations in large organizations
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience working on Government Projects, especially in PV solar projects, will be an added advantage
- In-depth understanding of Consortium Financing
Chief Technical Officer (CTO)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering/Renewable Energy, Master’s Degree Preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Solar Projects
Key Knowledge and Abilities:
- The Chief Technical Officer will lead the technical aspects of solar projects, ensuring the successful design, implementation, and operation of solar energy systems
- Understanding of local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to solar energy
- In-depth knowledge of PV solar system design, installation, technologies, systems design, maintenance, and engineering principles
- Proven track record in managing large-scale solar projects of a minimum of 5 MW is required
ESG Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science or a related field, Master’s Degree Preferred
- Minimum of 7 years in IEE/EIA management for Renewable Energy or Hydropower
Key Knowledge and Abilities:
- The ESG officer will be responsible for ensuring that all project activities comply with social and environmental regulations and standards, assessing data and identifying compliance issues
- ESG officer shall conduct IEE/EIA for PV solar and other projects, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and developing mitigation strategies to minimize environmental impacts
- Certifications such as Certified Environmental Professional (CEP) or ISO 14001 lead auditor are preferred
- Understanding local, national, and international regulations as well as IFC Performance Standard
