1. Branch Managers
(Supervisor to Senior Officer – Inside & Outside Valley): (Few)

Qualification & Experience:
The candidate must have at least Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or any stream of management from recognized University or CA/ACCA/Semi qualified CA with the following key skills.
Skillful in promotion & sales of banking services.
Skillful in promoting service culture through coaching, guidance and motivation of staff.
Strong orientation of compliance.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of working experience in Banks & Financial Institutions in supervisory role.

2. Relationship Managers
(Senior Assistant to Junior Officer – Inside & Outside Valley): (Few)

Qualification & Experience:
The candidate must have at least Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or any stream of management from recognized University or CA/ACCA/Semi qualified CA with the following key skills.
Knowledge of credit and marketing, credit appraisal/procedures and NRB Directives.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of working experience in any Banks & Financial institutions.

3. Management Trainee (MT – Inside and Outside Valley): 17 Nos.

Qualification & Requirement:
The candidate must have at least Master’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accountancy or any stream of Management with minimum first division marks or CGPA 3.3 from recognized university.
Age not exceeding 30 years as on application deadline.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.

(Management Trainee is an entry level position where the successful candidates will undergo comprehensive on-the-job training in all areas of the Bank, enabling them to take up mid-level positions. Upon successful completion of the training period, selected candidates will be placed anywhere in Nepal as per the Bank’s requirement.)

The selection process shall include the following:
1) Written Exam
2) Group Discussion
3) Final Interview

4. Junior Assistant (Contract) – Inside and Outside Valley – (Few)

Qualification & Requirement:
The candidate must have at least Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any stream of management from recognized University with minimum 50% marks or CGPA 2.5 from SLC onwards.

Age not exceeding 28 years as on application deadline.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
The selection process shall involve the following:
1) Written Exam
2) Interview
