Class 12 Exam application form fill up notice and class 11 partial & grade increment grade briddhi exam form fill up notice by NEB. National Examination Board, (Rastriya Pariksha Board) NEB Examination Control Office (Class 11 and 12) published a notice regarding the class 12 exam application form & class 11 purak grade briddhi exam application form fill up notice. NEB notice regarding the Deadline for submission of registration and examination application forms has been extended.

National Examination Board Examination Control Office (Class 11 & 12) notice for Regular, grade increment/partial to class 12 and partial to class 11 / grade increase examination application form for candidates. Class 11 and 12 will be conducted in the year 2080. Candidates to deposit exam fee by the end of Magh 2078, The examinees who missed the deadline and failed to deposit the amount within that time are informed to pay the amount along with the late fee and fill the examination application form in the format prescribed by the National Examination Board.

This notice has been published for the concerned schools/campuses to submit the application form to the concerned office of the National Examination Board within 21st Falgun 2079 along with proof of C in the case of bank voucher/digital payment of the form filled by the students. It is also requested to fill the examination application form according to the details.

  1. Students who fill the application form as regular examinees of class 12 (with first two digits of registration number 79) in the year 2079
  2. In all the subjects of class 11 taken through the school, a minimum grade of C should be obtained in terms of theory and internal assessment.
  3. The grade sheet of class 11 provided by the school (obtained the specified minimum grade) must be attached compulsorily with the examination application form. Otherwise, the application form will not be valid. 2. Examination application fee (excluding late fee) per student is Rs. 600/- (six hundred) including late fee per student Rs. 1200/- (one thousand two hundred) should be deposited in the account of National Examination Board.
  4. Students will have to pay Rs. 75/- (seventy five) more per subject for the practical exam to be conducted by external invigilator by WAD. Subjects to be paid for experimental fee point no. 6 is mentioned. Experimental fee Rs. 75/- (seventy five) per subject Rs. 25/- (twenty-five) should be kept in the concerned school and should be provided for the remuneration of the internal examiner and the remaining amount of Rs. 50/- (fifty) per subject should be filed in the name of the relevant office of the National Examination Board before the end of January 2079
  5. Candidates who are exempted from paying practical fee within that time will pay Rs.150/- per subject including late fee of Rs. The amount at the rate of 100/- should be deposited in the board’s account by 15th February 2079. Forms submitted with vouchers submitted after the specified date will not be accepted.
  1. The bank voucher within the period for which the amount is asked to be deposited can only be used for that purpose. Bank vouchers of different dates will not be accepted.
  2. When the school sends the examination application form of the students, they have to send the number matching based on the year and registration number.
  3. Regular Grade Enhancement / Ashik students of all the three groups will have to take the exam from the designated exam center. The examination center will not change. 6. Teaching in class 12 (Physics (1022/9132), Biology (2022/9102), Chemistry (3022/9112), Computer Science (4282/9152) and Hotel Management (4402) Subjects appointed by the concerned office of the External Examiner Ward. will be conducted.
  4. Regarding the schedule of the examination, the principal of the school concerned should coordinate with the relevant office of the National Examination Board and fix it before the end of Chaitra 2079 and the practical examination should be completed before the end of Baisakh 2080 and the results should be submitted to the relevant office of the ward by the end of Baisakh 2080. Other than the five subjects mentioned above The experimental / internal examination of the subjects should be completed within 15th of Baisakh 2080 and the scores should be submitted to the relevant office of the board by the end of Baisakh 2080. The school itself will have to arrange internal and external examiners for those subjects.
  5. Candidates participating as grade enhancement / aspirant candidates will have to fill the application form only from the same school from which they filled the application form in the regular examination of Class 12. If it is found to be filled/filled by other schools, the said examination application form will be canceled.

    If a subject is selected from a different subject and group, the subject will be canceled automatically.

As per Letter Grading Guideline, 2078, students participating in the annual examination without obtaining the specified grade (C) in the internal experimental assessment will be cancelled, so it is also informed through this notice that the internal experimental score should be entered and submitted to the relevant offices of the board along with the hard copy before the annual examination is conducted.
